Curious about me?

I help foster a sense of bravery with my clients, so that we can explore your desires, needs, thoughts, and emotions – including how they might show up physically. In therapy with me, you'll learn more about yourself in order to better communicate with others. We may even incorporate expressive arts activities to access non-verbal parts of the mind. (Don’t worry, no artistic skills necessary!)

I am devoted to helping my clients cultivate healthier and more fulfilling intimate connections. As I am currently pursuing certification in sex therapy, I’m able to approach the concerns and hopes you may have for your intimacy and sex life in a well-informed, nonjudgmental way.

Who I am as a therapist

I help clients dealing with all kinds of struggles. Anxiety, depression, and relationship issues are more common than many of us realize. Sometimes, as a client, it can be important to know that your therapist is aware of language and concerns that are specific to certain communities. Here are some areas where I have extra training and experience:

  • Neurodivergence - ADHD & autism

  • LGBTQIAP+ identities

  • Sex & intimacy (including kink)

  • Open/poly relationships

the clients i support

  • Sci-fi nerd (Star Trek)

  • Renaissance-fair goer

  • Language lover

  • Creator of various types of abstract art (just for fun)

  • Collector of spontaneous new hobbies:

    • Fire spinning

    • Crocheting tiny animals

    • Striving to keep houseplants alive

Who I am as a human

I love spending time with my people, enjoying food, and the outdoors… but, let’s be honest, there are times when all I feel like doing is flopping on the couch with my dog and watching bad TV, because they say life is about balance, right?
